Job description

As a Customer Integration Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between our key accounts and internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and IT. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and translate their needs into functional and technical solutions. To develop these solutions, you will work with internal and external end-users, software developers, and application managers on a project basis. You manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that projects are completed successfully. Our goal is to streamline the rental process for both Boels and our customers, and you will have the freedom to implement your own ideas to make it happen.

The Customer Integrations team is a recent addition to our company and is currently made up of one specialist and one support specialist. We're looking to grow the team to better serve the integration needs of our international customers, with an initial focus on the German market.

Your profile

To excel in this role as a Customer Integration Specialist, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a business analyst or IT project manager role
  • Knowledge of various file formats for data exchange (EDIFACT, cXML, UBL) and experience with EDI and APIs
  • Experience with the procure-to-pay (p2p) process and platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tradeshift, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Fluency in German would be beneficial as you will be working with customers in the German market.
