Wat ga je doen
Als Credit Risk Officer zorg jij samen met jouw collega’s in Sittard voor het zelfstandig beoordelen van de aanvragen voor een debiteurennummer van nieuwe (internationale) klanten. Je bepaalt de kredietlimiet en eventuele overige verhuurvoorwaarden. Hierbij is het van belang dat jij je in leeft in de lokale handelstradities en wet- en regelgeving. Tevens controleer je een deel van de overschreden kredietlimieten en verricht je diverse controle werkzaamheden. Complexe casussen draag je over aan een credit risk specialist.

Het oranje team in Sittard waar jij bij kan horen bestaat uit 6 collega’s. Je komt thuis in het credit risk team, onderdeel van de dynamische afdeling Accounts Receivable. Het zijn stuk voor stuk leuke collega’s die houden van hard werken, maar waar humor ook zeker niet vergeten wordt.
Jouw profiel
Communicatief sterk, meertalig: jij bent het en dus pas je binnen ons oranje team. Om daarnaast ook als Credit Risk Officer de beste te worden bij Boels, beschik je over:
- Een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding. Het is een pré als je een relevante administratie/financiële/economische opleiding hebt afgerond
- Relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol (administratief)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré
- Goede vaardigheid met Office-programma’s en het is een pré als je al met SAP hebt gewerkt.
- Goede communicatie en daarbij ben je tactvol, stressbestendig, accuraat, hands-on en resultaatgericht

What you will do
As Credit Risk Officer, together with your colleagues in Sittard, you will independently assess requests for a debtor numbers from new (international) customers. You will determine the credit limit and any other rental conditions. Here, it is important that you empathise with local cultures, trade traditions, laws and regulations. A typical day will be spent checking exceeded credit limits and performing various control activities. When things become too complex, a Credit Risk Specialist will be there to guide and support you.

Your profile
A strong, multilingual communicator: you are it and so you fit into our orange team. To also become the best at Boels as a Credit Risk Officer, you have:
- A completed MBO or HBO education. It is a plus if you have completed a relevant administration/financial/economic course
- Relevant work experience in a similar role (administrative)
- You are fluent in English
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes is essential
- Good proficiency with SAP is an advantage
- Diplomatic and tactful
- stress-resistant and results-oriented
- A good eye for detail and accuracy
